Policies & Procedures

Strict guidelines are in place to ensure a safe running of the camps for all coaches, organisers and especially the children. Absolutely no walks ins will be accepted; all bookings for available places need to follow the procedures outlined above and on the poster!

All attendees will be required to download and register on our club mobile app and make a health declaration on behalf of their child. This status will be checked and verified by our coaches before each child is allowed to participate. We ask parents to review the guidelines we issued as part of our Return to Play protocols - click here. and to take the the eLearning Covid 19 Education Module if you haven't already done so.

There is also lot of good information on https://learning.gaa.ie/covid19. Please talk to your child about awareness of the signs and symptoms of Covid-19 and of the things we can do to prevent the spread (hand washing, cough and sneeze etiquette, physical distancing etc.).

Once you have received confirmation of your childs\childrens place on the summer camp you can pay online via the club shop on our mobile app (ClubZap) or on our web site at clanegaa.ie - click here. Otherwise you can pay in cash on the day.
