In line with our club constitution our club secretary communicated via eMail on March 19th to our 2020 and 2021 (full) club members to confirm that Clane GAA will hold a ‘Special General Meeting’ on 31st March 2021 at 8pm to discuss and vote on a proposal in relation to Clane GAA renting an area of land at the rear of the back pitches to Cellnex for the siting of a Telecommunications Mast.

This will be the only item on the meeting agenda.

Given Public Health Guidance and Government Restrictions we are unable to meet in person, therefore this will be an online meeting via Microsoft Teams

This meeting is for Club members only and members can join by clicking on the following Microsoft Teams link - click here at 8pm on Wednesday, March 31st.

A (full) member’s vote will take place during the meeting - please note that while all members are welcome to attend the actual vote will be restricted to full members only from 2020 and 2021 membership.

If any full member is unable to attend on the night but would like to cast a vote on this matter then please contact the club secretary ASAP by email on secretary.clane.kildare@gaa.ie or by text to 0872887281. Voting papers should be returned by 31st March and any physical votes will be opened and counted by a ‘Returning Officer’ during the online meeting.
