Dear Coaches,
This is an important reminder regarding communication with underage players (U18) and the use of mobile phones in dressing rooms.
1. Communication with Underage Players
All communication with underage players must go through the Club's official ClubZap platform to their parents. No player U18 should be included in a group.
Use of WhatsApp groups or any other unofficial communication methods is strictly prohibited and goes against both Club and GAA Child Protection Policies. This is to ensure transparency and to safeguard both players and coaches.
2. Mobile Phones in Dressing Rooms
A new policy is now in place: The use of mobile phones in dressing rooms is strictly prohibited for all underage players.
This measure is being introduced to protect the privacy and welfare of all individuals and aligns with best practice guidelines for safeguarding.

Please ensure these policies are followed at all times. Your cooperation is essential in maintaining a safe and respectful environment for everyone involved in our club.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the club’s Child Welfare Officer.
