The Clane Gaa Mental Health & Well Being Committee are running a Cake Sale in the Parish Hall after each mass this weekend, Saturday, November 9th and Sunday, November 10th to raise funds for upcoming activities and events.
As you may be aware, our club has this year launched a Mental Health Awareness campaign which was kicked off at the time of our annual Clane GAA 10k Road Race and 5k Wellness Fun Run/Walk (#ClaneGaa10k).
You may also have noticed some of the new signage around the club and dressing rooms.
A lot of work has been done since by our sub-committee and we will be ramping up the campaign and activities in the coming weeks and months.
We are running the cake sale this weekend in the parish hall to raise some funds specifically for the Mental Health and Well Being campaign. We will also be hosting a Gambling Addiction Talk on November 13th at 8pm. Niall McNamee will give the talk and it will be the first in a series of speakers and talks we hope to present on Mental Health and Well Being issues at the Club for our members and the Community of Clane.
Visit the dedicated Events page on our web site and follow #ClaneGaaMHA on social media for latest news, events and updates on Clane GAA Mental Health Awareness activities. We will soon add a dedicated page on our web site with lots more information and resources as well as additional activities we have planned.
Please support our Cake Sale this weekend!
