Victory in U14 Feile Camogie B Kildare Final
Clane V Moorfield
These two teams served up a great game of Camogie and although Moorefield girls showed some lovely individual skills Clane were stronger all around the field and ran out convincing winners in the end. Their proud captain Grania Martin led her team up the steps to collect the inaugural Feile B trophy.

COMMUNITY GAMES CHAMPIONS
Well done to the Clane U12 Ladies football team on their great win in the final of the Kildare County Community games. They defeated the reigning All-Ireland champions, Ballykelly/Monasterevin on a scoreline of 2-9 to 0-4.
Clane tore into the opposition from the start and were rewarded with two well taken goals in the first half. It was far from an easy win for Clane though as Ballykelly/Monasterevin fought back and gradually started to put points on the board. It was hard going for their forwards however, as time and time again the Clane backs swarmed around their opponents tackling and blocking.
A few outstanding Clane points in the second half appeared to knock a little bit of steam out of Ballykelly/Monasterevin although they kept coming back to try and retrieve the situation but met fierce resistance in the Clane backline.
On an evening when every Clane girl gave it their all, a few need special mention. Tegan D’Arcy was magnificent in the forward line and got some fantastic scores. Seoirse Gillman ran herself tirelessly in midfield and very little got by Tara Glynn and her other outstanding defenders.
The Clane panel for the evening was:
Cliodhna Connolly, Sinead Cribbin, Molly Fitzpatrick, Niamh Palmer, Niamh Whistler, Tara Glynn, Emily Casey, Seoirse Gillman, Molly Nason, Lucy McCann, Niamh Fennessy, Tegan D’Arcy, Rebecca Devine, Lauren Deay, Caoimhe Shanahan, Shannon Lynch, Caoilfhinn Hallissy, Shauna feeney, Dearbhla Martin, Rachel O’Loughlin, Christine Donahger
